Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square

I chose this hotel for attending a conference, and its location near Baniyas Square perfectly suited both business and leisure guests. The hotel's location was apt for the needs of business and leisure travelers alike.

One service that I missed for my work was a faster and more reliable room Wi-Fi connection.

What a friendly and welcoming hotel. We were really tired after a long flight, arriving very early before check-in. They did their best to get our room ready early and treated us to a complimentary breakfast on arrival. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was just amazing. They've really listened to past feedback to improve their services. Highly commend them for that.

Great Location, very close to the metro station , made it easy for us to explore the city. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff was very professional and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was the comfortable beds with a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

I had a really great experience staying at this hotel! The location is very convenient, surrounded by shopping areas and is situated in the center of the city. The housekeeping and room service were excellent ensuring that my room was very clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and provided exceptional customer service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

The rooftop swimming pool is like an oasis in the bustling city. As I dipped into the crystal-clear waters, it felt as if I had stumbled upon a secret escape amidst the urban jungle. The panoramic skyline views made it even more magical.

The room was so cozy and comfortable! The Hyatt Grand Bed, 47" flat panel HDTV, and free Wi-Fi made my stay super relaxing. The beautifully designed bathroom was a nice touch too.

I personally found the Cozy Corner sofa-sleeper a bit too firm for my liking.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me return my lost shower bag. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, rooftop pool, fitness studio, laundry. Coming back for city break!
